Senior Data Scientist · AI & People Analytics Leader · I/O Psychologist
20+ years turning human behavior into intelligence at scale — from Lockheed Martin's workforce to the frontier of AI/ML. Where data science meets psychology, I build systems that don't just predict outcomes, they understand people.
I spent over two decades at Lockheed Martin doing something most data scientists never get to do: apply rigorous machine learning to one of the most complex systems on Earth — the human workforce in federal defense. Not clean datasets. Real people, real decisions, real stakes.
Along the way I earned an MS in I/O Psychology, became a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and earned an MIT certificate in AI/ML. I didn't plan to be at the intersection of data science and human psychology — I just kept following what was most useful.
Today that intersection is exactly where organizations need help. People analytics, workforce prediction, AI/ML strategy — these aren't just technical problems anymore. They're human ones. And I've spent my career building the fluency to navigate both sides.

Independent consulting at the intersection of data science, AI/ML strategy, and organizational psychology.
How Divine Sexuality Brings Wholeness.
Years at the intersection of data science, licensed therapy, and I/O psychology taught Daniel something counterintuitive: the deepest questions about human wellbeing can't be answered by algorithms alone. This book is the story of what wholeness actually looks like — and the role of our most intimate selves in getting there.
A work of depth, courage, and integration. Nearly complete.
